At Zaariyah, we strive to deliver high-quality imitation jewellery that you’ll love. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

 

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proper unboxing video or images may be required as proof

We do not accept returns for:

 

• Change of mind
• Slight color variations due to lighting/screens
• Minor design/finish variations (as these are handcrafted pieces)

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

 

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

 

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

 

1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your bank/payment provider
3. If still pending, contact us at zaariyah.team@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

 

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect product delivered

To request an exchange, contact us with proof within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us first.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product nature, the following cannot be returned:

 

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Used or worn jewellery
• Customized or personalized items
